The goal of MAP, therefore, is to empower the business owner, division or product segment manager, or sales representative with the knowledge and ability to most effectively run their area of responsibility using MAP, a written plan of how they will achieve their personal and corporate objectives.

A proud history of growth and expansion

Source 1 Systems was established in 1997 by Scott and Natalie Shannon to fulfill their vision of an outsourced professional sales and marketing company that provides the highest levels of professionalism and works with an effective business model that is mutually rewarding for everyone involved.

  • The first year of business was highly successful, enabling the organization to add a longtime friend and colleague to the team.
  • The company established a stocking warehouse facility in downtown Los Angeles to better service the needs of its customers and its principals
  • Today, Source 1 Systems has expanded to multiple field managers with a combined experience of more than 70 years.
  • Inside sales support was added to assist the Source 1 Systems team and to supplement the Customer Service Team.
  • The companies newest corporate office facility was opened in Valencia, California in the Spring 2011. This new facility provides state of the art training and support capabilities for its distributor and end-user customers alike. It’s location is strategic, as it has easy-access to three major airports, seven interstate highways, that enable the Source 1 Systems team to easily manage all corners of its market areas.
